Bollards - Collapsible Locking
Ideal Shield’s Collapsible Locking Bollard is designed to be a simple solution for temporary vehicle access areas.
Collapsible Locking Bollards are made from schedule 40 steel pipe and plate, and are easy to use and quick to install. Whether it’s the 4” option or 6” option, base plate installation can be done in a matter of minutes.
Once installed, the steel bollard can be collapsed in seconds by removing the lock, lifting the bollard an inch, and leaning it down to the ground.
When grounded, the highest piece of the 4″ collapsible bollard system will be 6.5” tall, allowing service vehicles, trucks, and vans to clear it with ease. When standing upright, the standard height to the top of the Bollard Cover dome top is 42″ but custom sizes are available upon request.
